If you want to delete your GoBuddy account (Rider or Driver app), please contact our support team. We will process your request and permanently remove your account data.
How to request account deletion
- Send an email to our support address below from your registered email / with your registered phone number.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include your full name, registered phone number, and whether you use the Rider or Driver app.

What will be deleted
- Your profile and account information
- Login credentials and app access
- Ride / trip history linked to your account (where applicable)
- Wallet and related personal data (where applicable)
What may be retained
Some information may be kept for a limited period if required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or accounting (for example completed payment records). Retained data will not be used for marketing.
Processing time
After we verify your identity, account deletion is usually completed within 7 business days.
You can also delete your account from the app (Profile → Delete Account) if that option is available.
